Job Description
We are looking for a hardworking, enthusiastic Applications / Customer Support Engineer (AE) to support the fast growth of our products in North America. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical electronics background and the ability to understand customer applications.

Location: Solon, OH 44139
*Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Job Type:

  • Full-time
  • 8 Hour Shift (Day)
  • Monday – Friday

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support of the Siglent products to new and existing customers by telephone and email
  • Provide remote technical support to customer meetings with our sales channel
  • Become proficient with core Siglent products in order to provide training to the sales channel
  • Use the CRM to track support cases and bring them to closure
  • Support trade shows

Requirements

  • 2-year or 4-year technical degree
  • Work experience in a technical field
  • Strong knowledge of basic electronics. Electronics test & measurement instrumentation strongly preferred.
  • Experience with Test and Measurement instrumentation including oscilloscopes, power supplies, and function generators. Experience with RF instrumentation including spectrum analyzers, vector network analyzer and RF signal generators a plus
  • Ability to explain and present complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner · Software programming (Labview, Python, etc..) preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills · Familiarity with Salesforce and Microsoft Tools
  • Test & measurement instrumentation experience
  • Enjoy working with people
