SSG3000X Series of Signal Generators

  • Frequency up to 2.1 GHz/3.2 GHz
  • Maximum level up to +20 dBm (typ.)
  • Level output from -110 dBm to +13 dBm
  • Level accuracy ≤0.7 dB (typ.)
  • Standard AM & FM & PM & pulse modulation
  • Pulse train Generator (option)

Product Overview

SIGLENT’S SSG3000X RF Signal Generators have a frequency range of 9 kHz to 2.1 GHz/3.2 GHz. They provide normal analog modulation such as AM, FM, and PM. They also provide pulse modulation and pulse train generator. In addition, when used with baseband generator such as the SDG6000X, they can generate IQ modulated signals. With their high accuracy and pure outputs, SSG3000X signal genrators are the right choice for R&D, education, and manufacturing applications.

SIGLENT RF Signal Source Comparison/Differences

Download PDF Modulation is an important feature for RF signal generation, especially when testing receivers and link performance for digital data transmissions that commonly use IQ modulation schemes. SIGLENT offers a number of hardware configurations to provide you with exactly what you need to perform your critical tests. Here is a brief summary of the … Continued

Programming Example: Identification String (*IDN?) return with LabVIEW 2018

Download PDF This LabVIEW VI (version 2018) provides a simple platform to begin creating LabVIEW programs. You can download the VI here: VISA_IDN.ZIP In this example, the user can: Select the connected instruments from the VISA Resource List drop down menu: NOTE: USB devices will automatically appear. For LAN connections, you will need to add … Continued

Programming Example: List connected VISA compatible resources using PyVISA

Download PDF PyVISA is a software library that enables Python applications to communicate with resources (typically instruments) connected to a controlling computer using different buses, including: GPIB, RS-232, LAN, and USB. This example scans and lists the available resources. It requires PyVISA to be installed (see the PyVISA documentation for more information) *** ***** Here … Continued
