Yes.
As long as the signal amplitude and frequency does not exceed the input specifications.
When measuring ACV using the ACV mode, the DC components will be blocked.
When measuring DCV using DCV mode, the AC components will not be blocked, but you can minimize the AC effects by using a slower test speed or larger NPLC value. This will integrate the measurement over a longer time duration and will decrease the repetitive AC components.
