SDS2000 Series Super Phosphor Oscilloscopes

The SDS2000-series super phosphor oscilloscope comes in 8 versions, with bandwidths up to 300 MHz., a maximum sample rate of 2 GSa/s, and a large memory depth (28 Mpts). The SDS2000 family exhibits a fast signal high capture rate (to 110,000 waveforms/sec while being displayed), multi- level intensity grading waveform display, color temperature waveform display, and optional serial and parallel digital modes.
