Siglent SSG RF Signal Generators
SSG3000X RF generators can be used with a baseband generator such as Siglent’s SDG6000X to generate IQ-modulated signals.
With their high accuracy and pure outputs, the SSG3000X series of RF generators is the right choice for R&D, education, and manufacturing.
SSG5000X and X-V series extend frequencies to 6 GHz with models that include an internal baseband arbitrary waveform generator.
SSG5000A series delivers excellent analog RF performance up to 20 GHz. Communication modules can also be tested using the SSG5000A as the LO source combined with the Siglent SSG5000X-V vector signal generator as a baseband generator.
The new SSG6000A series expands the addressable frequency range to 40 GHz. A universal testing instrument for cutting-edge testing of microwave and millimeter waves.
