SDG Function generator output amplitude is double the setpoint when I modulate the output. Is this OK?

This is expected.

When the AM depth is 0%, the output amplitude is the carrier’s amplitude.

When the AM depth is 100%, the amplitude of the modulated waveform will be 2x the setpoint.
