The LVTTL voltage is 3.3V and the rise/fall time is 1 ns. The common mode voltage of LVDS is 1.25 V (typical) and the differential mode is 350 mV (typical). The rise/fall time is 400 ps. The digital and analog channels are not synchronous and they are independent.

SDG Function generator output amplitude is double the setpoint when I modulate the output. Is this OK?

This is expected. When the AM depth is 0%, the output amplitude is the carrier’s amplitude. When the AM depth is 100%, the amplitude of the modulated waveform will be 2x the setpoint.
